As these are custom-made items, Giulia's closet items cannot be returned or exchanged , unless it is due to a factory defect, in which case, we will exchange it for a new product without any problem.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
If you have placed your order and want to cancel or modify it (change of address, etc.) you have 24 hours to notify us from the moment you placed the order or until the next business day, if it is a weekend or holiday. Once this period has passed, we cannot guarantee that the change or cancellation can be made.
