Exchange and returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days, from the date on which you received it, to either exchange or return it. Write to us at email@example.com to let us know your decision and so that we can arrange your exchange/reimbursement.
To exchange or return your order, you must return the products to us in perfect condition, inside their original packaging, and with no signs of use, to the following address:

You can choose between:
- The reimbursement of the amount paid: you must return the product in perfect condition. In this case, you must pay for the cost of returning the order. Once we have received the package at our warehouse and have checked that it is in perfect condition, we will reimburse you the amount paid, except for the delivery charges.
- Exchanging it for another product: whether because you mistakenly ordered the wrong product or you have changed your mind and wish to exchange the product for another one, you must pay for the cost of returning the order and of sending out another one. If the new product has a higher price than the one you returned, you must pay for the difference in the cost. If, on the other hand, the new product has a lower price, we will reimburse you the difference.
We advise you to return the products by registered post or by courier in order to track the package and to ensure no incidents occur.
Once we have received the goods, we will check to make sure they are in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and we will reimburse you the cost of the order or exchange the product for another one.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the exchange or return of cosmetic products that have been opened and with signs of use, unless they are not in good condition or defective.
If you have received the wrong product or a defective one, the cost of returning the product and of sending you a new one will be paid for by Vera & the Birds.
Once the courier company has delivered the package to our facilities, and having checked that the items are in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email to tell you that the amount has been reimbursed.
The reimbursed amount will be shown in your account within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank. We will reimburse the amount in the same way in which you paid for your purchase.
Have you received the wrong product or is there a product missing in your order?
If you notice an error with your order, contact us within 24 hours after receipt of your order, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will take care of collecting the wrong product from you and we will send you the correct one at no extra cost.
Remember that we do not accept opened or used products. Both the product and its packaging must be in their original state and unopened.
Have you received a defective product or one in a bad condition?
If so, don’t worry. Email us within 24 hours after the receipt of your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the collection of the defective product and the delivery of a new one to you.
